Navigating life can often feel like walking through a maze, with twists and turns that challenges your sense of self and purpose. The weight of expectation, both internal and external, can create anxiety and self-doubt, making it hard to find clarity. Without faith or belief in something greater, individuals and couples may struggle to find meaning in their experiences.
At Talking Works, we offer online Christian counselling to individuals and couples across London Ontario and surrounding areas. We believe that true healing transcends the mind and embraces the soul, combining evidence-based psychotherapy with the transformative power of Christian spirituality. Whether you are navigating a specific issue individually, relationally, or seeking personal growth, the goal is to empower you to embrace your faith as a vital resource on this journey.

No. We work with people from different spiritual and religious backgrounds, as well as those who are questioning or exploring their beliefs. We will work with you to determine how, or whether, spirituality should be part of your therapy.
These are not necessarily the same thing, and we offer both. You may prefer a therapist who is personally Christian and can integrate Christian faith into your therapy, or you may prefer someone specifically trained in spiritual therapy who can explore spirituality more broadly. We can accommodate either preference.
Absolutely. Therapy can provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore doubt, changes in belief, spiritual questions, guilt, shame, or feeling disconnected from your faith. You do not need to have the answers before coming to therapy.
Yes. Experiences such as spiritual abuse, religious shame, or painful experiences within a faith community can have lasting effects. Therapy can help you process these experiences and explore what your spirituality or faith means to you now.
Spiritual therapy at Talking Works is $155, with each session lasting 50 minutes. Your appointments offer a thoughtful space to reflect on meaning, purpose, and the beliefs that shape your life, with a therapist who respects your personal path.
