We offer free 15 minute video/phone consultations where you can meet with one of our therapists to ask any questions to determine whether or not we would be a good fit for you.
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request at least 24-hour notice to allow us to schedule another client in your place. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your therapist may not be able to provide you with the full allotted session time. Please note that short-notice cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full fee/ based on the therapists discretion.
Insurance coverage for our services may vary depending on your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We do not bill insurance providers directly, but will provide a detailed receipt that indicates the name of the therapist, their professional designation and licence number after each session. In order to determine your level of coverage (complete or partial), we recommend contacting your provider directly with the following questions:
